The period panties have an absorbent insert integrated directly into the pants. With leak protection, breathable and waterproof for a particularly high protection. The leak protection is placed, in the case of the medium and strong absorption capacity, till the back and is very high. It is made of organic cotton and is equipped with a waterproof, but breathable and extremely thin layer of PU, which is produced exclusively for ALMO in Germany. The material itself has been used successfully and long-lasting in ALMO's sanitary towels for over 5 years.
So the panties are also perfect for the night. They are invisible during sports and even wearable as bikini bottoms on the beach.

The following panties will initially be available in two fits:

Light absorption capacity
suitable as a backup to the mooncup and tampon or when the menstrual days are light. It absorbs about as much as a small tampon. Here the leak protection is not cut all the way up to the back. It absorbs as much as a tampon.

Medium absorption capacity
Suitable as a cloth pad for normal cycle, as a backup to the mooncup/tampon and for weak bladder. Absorbs about as much as 2 normal tampons.

The period panties are made in the following sizes:

100% certified organic cotton with leak protection. The fabrics are mostly produced in Germany. They are sewn regionally in small tailors in Germany (Middle Franconia).

The panties are also great for weak bladder and for the puerperium.
