It's that easy!

Step 1: Take your disposable pads and a ruler and measure your disposable products.

Step 2: Compare the sizes with the ALMO models and choose the most similar size to your disposable pads.

Alternatively, you can also use the ALMO size PDF to download and compare. This is how you can see the ALMO sizes in scale.
When printing, make sure that teh option "Original size" is set in the print settings.

ALMO sizes

ALMO is available in 4 sizes (the size relates to the length) and three different absorption capacities:ALMO is available in XS-S-M-L

XS: approx. 19x6 cm, Panty liner / sanitary napkin with wings, with / without leakage protection, single absoprtion capacity
S: approx. 21x7 cm, Panty liner / sanitary napkin with wings, with leak protection, simple absoprtion capacity
M: approx. 27x8 cm, sanitary napkin with wings, with leak protection, single absoprtion capacity
M +: approx. 27x8 cm, sanitary napkin with wings, with leak protection, double absoprtion capacity
L +: approx. 32x9 cm, sanitary napkin with wings, with leak protection, double absoprtion capacity
L ++: approx. 32x9 cm, sanitary napkin with wings, with leak protection, triple absoprtion capacity

The simple absoprtion capacity is comparable to the one of a normal disposable sanitary napkin.
The double absoprtion capacity is like the one of a night pad or for heavy bleeding.
The triple absoprtion capacity is for particularly heavy bleeding and forpuerperium.

Frequently asked questions

With or without wings?

Since March 2021 we only sell pads with wings. I can only recommend pads without wings in very few cases. Wings are always the better choice. All products in the shop are therefore with wings.

Why aren't the ALMO pads available with Velcro?

Because I, Stefanie Wagner, can not and do not want to take responsibility for what happens when the Velcro loosens and rubs against the body.

Please note that ALMO are made by hand and there may be small differences in their sizes. The best thing to do is to measure your conventional sanitary napkins and then choose a comparable ALMO fabric sanitary napkin size.
